- "Having an online system is the reason I chose this place. it was easy to make an order, and having an option to add chocolates and champagne is a huge benefit. As you can see in the pic, the bouquet and gift are arranged and wrapped in a beautiful way and the receiver of the gift was very pleasantly surprised by it so I'm very happy and it's a lot more than I expected to find. I'd add some constructive criticism - there was a delay with my delivery (frame was 10-14) and when I called at ~14:00, I was told the delivery man is on the street and it'll take up to an hour. we weren't updated after that, and the delivery actually arrived at close to 16:00. People make plans for the day, an honest answer or an update would've been appreciated. I'm still leaving 5 stars because in our case it didn't cause us to change our plans, bottom line is that I'm really happy with it."
